- Minimum
Order: $25.00
- Terms:
Payment in full with order or you may charge to your VISA,
MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. If you decide
to do so, please remember to include your credit card number
and expiration date.
- Shipping
Charges are 20% of the item's cost (with a minimum of $5).
Packing charge is an additional $7 per order. These
costs may be higher than competitors, but keep in mind we
are shipping from Hawaii. All shipping is sent by
Federal Express. (However FedEx does not accept any
P.O. Box Numbers so orders sent to a PO Box will be shipped
Priority Mail through the US Postal Office.)
- We
apologize that we are unable to guarantee flowers/aborted
buds which have died or have broken off during shipment.
We are also unable to guarantee the duration of the blooms.
(Actually, 95% of the time flowers have traveled very well).
Please
contact us by email if you encountered any problems with
plants within 3 days after shipment. The receiver may be
asked to return defective plant(s) at purchasers expense.
We make every effort to maintain the highest standard of
quality. However, having no control over the plants after
leaving our nursery; we give no warranty, expressed or implied,
as to their productiveness or health in the hands of the
purchaser.
- Foreign
orders: Minimum orders of $500. Shipped Air Freight
Collect. A dipping Charge of $50.00 must be included
with your payment. In addition, we charge a flat $10.00
fee for packing. Please submit import permit so we
can evaluate what will be required and if we are able to
adhere to the requirements. Your government's import
permit must accompany your order. We will obtain all necessary
documents for importation. The USDA charges $23.00
for a Phytosanitary Certificate and CITIES permit.
- Substitutions:
If a plant you ordered is not available, we will substitute
unless otherwise specified.
- Weather:
If it is too cold or hot in your area AND/OR you are
not able to receive your order right away, please indicate
the date you wish your plants to be shipped. We will ship
them when indicated.
