OF SALE
- Minimum
Order: $25.00
- Terms:
Payment in full with order or you may charge to your VISA,
MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. If you decide
to do so, please remember to include your credit card number
and expiration date.
- Packing
and Shipping Charges are 20% of the item's cost, unless
shipping is already included in the item's cost. (These
costs may be higher than competitors, but keep in mind we
are shipping from Hawaii.) All shipping is sent by
Priority Mail through the US Postal Office unless otherwise
stated.
In most
cases, shipments will arrive two to four days after we process
the order. However, some shipments may take longer (especially
ever since 9/11). We are not responsible for the condition
of the plants due to problems in shipping. We typically
ship our plants in pots. We make every effort to maintain
the highest standard of quality. However, having no
control over the plants after leave our nursery; we give
no warranty, expressed or implied, as to their productiveness
or health in the hands of the purchaser.
- Foreign
orders: Minimum orders of $250. Shipped Air Freight
Collect. Your government's import permit must accompany
your order. We will obtain all necessary documents for importation.
The USDA charges $23.00 for a Phytosanitary Certificate
and CITIES permit. If dipping is required, $45.00 must be
included with your payment. In addition, we charge a flat
$10.00 fee for packing.
- Discounts:
• $100.00 - $499.99: discount 5%
•
$500.00 - $999.99: discount 10%
• $1000.00 or more: discount 15% (No
discounts allowed on Cheaper By Dozen, Starter Package Deals
or other specials.)
- Substitutions:
If a plant you ordered is not available, we will substitute
unless otherwise specified.
- Weather:
If it is too cold or hot in your area AND/OR you are
not able to receive your order right away, please indicate
the date you wish your plants to be shipped. We will ship
them when indicated.
