I can't get the shopping cart to work.  What's wrong?
There are 3 typical reasons you might be having difficulty ordering from the webpage.

1. Your web browser has cookies turned off.
A cookie is a text file that Internet Explorer or Netscape use to store information. Our shopping cart uses a cookie to temporarily store the items you have in your shopping cart. This cookie is deleted at the end of your purchase and does not store any of your personal information at any time.  Make sure you don't have cookies disabled.  

2. Your shopping cart empties itself.
We use a cookie to store the items in your shopping cart as you browse. Cookies have a very small size limit (4 kB), which limits you to ordering roughly 50 unique items. Once your cookie exceeds the size limit, it resets.

3. You are accessing the webpage from an alternate address.
We use a secure internet connection called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This security only recognizes orders from http://www.KawamotoOrchids.com . Our shopping cart does not work with our older alternate addresses, such as www.maui.net/~orchids/

4. You are using an incompatible web brower.
Our website has compatibility issues with Safari. Our website has been tested successfully using Firefox 2, Internet Explore 6, and Internet Explorer 7.
